Class 1 June 8 Check the Box
Content: Introduction to The Intersection, (Graphic below shows the intersection between the red circle, your craft, and the blue circle, your spiritual practices), power of intention, what Janet learned from the Masters and Teachers of the Akashic record about what happens when you "check the box."

Class 2 June 22 Step into the Intersection
Content: Review all the components of The Intersection. Specific emphasis on sacred space, creative altar, creative blessing. How prayer opens The Intersection. Janet's personal writing blessing. How to write your own creative blessing. Importance of craft, tools to support the development of your craft

Class 3 July 6 Guides and Guidance
Content: Discuss the wealth of guidance available in The Intersection. Janet will introduce you to her guides and explain how she works with them. Guest expert Margo Mastromarchi will introduce us to the angelic realm and how to meet, call on, and work with your angelic guides to support your creative work. We will also discuss other Spirit Guide resources. Also, how to maximize the creative theta brain wave state to receive guidance while asleep and take creative downloads first thing in the morning.

Class 4 July 20 Get in the Flow
Content:
Discuss the power of unconscious blocks to prevent both the free flow of creativity and the positive energy and self-belief necessary to become a success. Discuss the essential nature of self forgiveness and forgiveness tools that work. Janet will walk you through two forgiveness experiences and share how hypnosis helped her release totally unconscious blocks. Guest expert Debbie Lane, the 2007 and 2008 IACT therapist of the year, will lead a hypnosis meditation to identify and remove anything between you and your creative success.

Class 5 August 3 Find your Audience
Content:
If you want to be published or seen in any public way, you have to have a "platform." A clear description of your audience's demographics and metrics that describe its size and reason for wanting what your books, speeches, events, etc are key elements in a book proposal. In tonight's class guest expert and publicist Jennifer Hill Robenalt who works with best-selling author Lorna Byrne (Angels in My Hair) the Irish mystic, will discuss who your audience is, where they are, how to find them, and communicate with them.

- establish and begin writing regularly on your blog

Class 6 August 17 And the Title is...
Content:
The importance of your title and subtitle. How a great title appeals to both the head and the heart. How the title, subtitle, and backcover work together to sell the book. Janet will share the powerful bookstore experience that helped her become familiar with her "neighborhood." How to develop a title and subtitle. Review of exercises and resources to help you write better headlines and titles.

Class 7 August 24 Celebration evening
Content:
This is an evening set aside to celebrate what has happened since we stepped into The Intersection. We will read to one another, share paintings, listen to projects, hear snippets of speeches... We will simply bask in one another's creative light. We will listen, enjoy, celebrate, and applaud.
Class 8 August 31 Getting Published
Content:
Guest expert Stephanie Gunning, a New York-based editorial consultant and book proposal expert, will discuss various ways to be published including self-publishing, print on demand, and working with a standard publisher. Janet has done both and Stephanie has worked with clients across all publication formats. Stephanie will discuss nuances of determining how you want to be published and the resources you need including: finding an agent, picking a publisher, writing query letters, and writing the all-important book proposal.
Take away:
- study the options and become clearer about your preferred publishing partner
- develop or make steps toward developing your publishing plan including writing sample query letters or researching agents if appropriate
- review book proposal options and formats
- start or rewrite your book proposal
Class 9 Sept 14 Focused Attraction
Content:
What Focused Attraction is and how it works. How Janet used Focused Attraction to define and attract the ideal readers for Writing Down Your Soul. How she uses it every day to continue to infuse the book with magnetic energy and ongoing sales. Guest expert, Rev Lauren McLaughlin, will share the principles of Focused Attraction and walk us through an exercise to create your own Focused Attraction process to attract whatever you want: agent, publisher, writing partners, marketing partners, readers...etc.
